What are the heights of your watering cans, so I can see if it will fit under a waterbutt?

Do you supply another type of rose for ‘The Tipton Tipper’ and ‘The Bearwood Brook’?
No, these cans are from our Essential range and only come with a general purpose rose. To accessorise your watering can you will need to choose one of our Professional cans such as ‘The Cradley Cascader’ or ‘The Warley Fall’.

How do I clean my rose?
For best results use kettle descaler, or soak your rose overnight in a weak solution of bleach. If you prefer not to use chemicals, we suggest scrubbing the rose with an old toothbrush to dislodge any blockages.

Will garden chemicals harm the inside of my can?
No, but we recommend thoroughly rinsing the can before using it for watering, or having two cans to distinguish between chemical and water use.

My copper can is tarnished. How can I restore it?
We'd suggest applying a metal polish paste such as ‘Peek Metal Polish’ using a soft cloth. However, by allowing your copper can to develop a natural patina of greens and blues, it will look beautifully rustic without impeding its functionality, and all without the hassle and elbow grease involved in polishing.

3. Refunds

How do I claim a refund?
Simply fill out a claim form, include your proof of purchase, and email both documents to general@haws.co.uk. Please note that we may ask for photo evidence, or for you to return the can.

What if I don’t have a receipt for my watering can?
If you cannot provide a proof of purchase, we will not be able to issue a full refund. If your claim is for a damaged watering can, we will ask you to supply images and possibly return the can so that it can be repaired and sent back out. At Haws we always keep the environment in mind, and don’t want anything going to waste.

Do you ship to the US, Australia or New Zealand?
Due to shipping rates and being unable to ensure the condition of our products upon arrival, unfortunately we no longer ship to the US or other countries outside of Europe such as Australia and New Zealand.
