Incomplete order received? Here's what to do

If you've received your order but not all the items are there, we can help sort this.

Check first

Before contacting us, check the following:

        Has your order been split? If you ordered several items, we sometimes send them in separate parcels depending on stock and warehouse location. Check your email for multiple tracking notifications or delivery confirmations.

        Check the packaging carefully. Sometimes items can be tucked inside packaging or placed under other items.

        Check any packing slip or invoice. This will show what items should have been in the box.

If you've checked all of this and items are genuinely missing, let us know.

You can contact us via email at general@haws.co.uk or by phone at 0121 420 2494. Please make sure you have your customer reference number at hand so we are able to find your order on our system. 

We'll investigate whether your missing items were shipped separately, and if not, we'll arrange a replacement or refund straightaway.

Next steps

Once we've looked into your case, we'll either resend the missing items, provide a replacement, or process a refund, depending on what we find and the circumstances.
