Ideal for the ultimate control of hose pipes, saving water and creating the great quality spray Haws is famous for. The spray lance is 600mm long with an all brass screw on rose, to prevent it falling off when under hosepipe pressure. The spray lance can also be used with vacuum pressure tanks.

Returns
How to return your product
Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund. Please call 0044 121 420 2494 or email general@haws.co.uk to request a return.
We will then ask you to return the item to our German warehouse in its original condition and packaging. Please complete the returns form found here. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked service.
Once your items are received we aim to refund within 5 working days.
You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed. Refunds will be sent to you via the original method of payment.

How to request an order cancellation
We ask that you notify us promptly with your request. Please note that we are not always able to cancel orders.

With the following text in the subject:
Cancel Order (insert order reference number)
It is very important that you include the word " Cancel" in your email Subject, together with the order reference number. This can be found on your order confirmation email number and follows the format:

If you fail to do this, then your request might miss the cancellation window.
In the email body, please briefly explain the reason for the cancellation.
