This set containing our extra fine bedding rose and extra coarse potting rose provides a rose for most applications. The extra-fine bedding rose will give you confidence when watering seeds and seedlings, with the knowledge that you will be providing them with the softest shower possible. The extra coarse potting rose will be most useful for the even application of nematodes or for use when filling from a water butt.
Our beautiful oval bedding rose with its curved face provides the perfect gentle rain-like shower in contrast to our round potting rose which provides a highly focused, targeted spray for pots, patios and seed trays.

Returns
How to return your product
Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund. Please call 0044 121 420 2494 or email general@haws.co.uk to request a return.
We will then ask you to return the item to our German warehouse in its original condition and packaging. Please complete the returns form found here. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked service.
Once your items are received we aim to refund within 5 working days.
You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed. Refunds will be sent to you via the original method of payment.

How to request an order cancellation
We ask that you notify us promptly with your request. Please note that we are not always able to cancel orders.

Cancel Order (insert order reference number)
It is very important that you include the word " Cancel" in your email Subject, together with the order reference number. This can be found on your order confirmation email number and follows the format:

If you fail to do this, then your request might miss the cancellation window.
In the email body, please briefly explain the reason for the cancellation.
