    All orders placed on our EU website will be shipped from our warehouse in Munster, Germany. We are pleased to inform you that there will be no additional shipping, handling, or VAT payments required for orders placed within the European Union.

    While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on your location and current demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Rest assured, we are dedicated to delivering your Haws Watering Can to you as efficiently as possible.

    In the unlikely event that you require a warranty replacement for your Haws Watering Can, please note that it will also be sent from our facility in Germany. We are committed to ensuring that your gardening tools are of the highest quality and will promptly address any issues covered under our warranty policy.

  • How to return your product

    Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund. Please call 0044 121 420 2494 or email to request a return.

    We will then ask you to return the item to our German warehouse in its original condition and packaging. Please complete the returns form found here. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked service.

    Once your items are received we aim to refund within 5 working days.

    You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed. Refunds will be sent to you via the original method of payment.

  • How to request an order cancellation

    We ask that you notify us promptly with your request. Please note that we are not always able to cancel orders.

    To request an order cancellation; please send an email to:

    With the following text in the subject:

    Cancel Order (insert order reference number)

    It is very important that you include the word " Cancel" in your email Subject, together with the order reference number. This can be found on your order confirmation email number and follows the format:


    If you fail to do this, then your request might miss the cancellation window.

    In the email body, please briefly explain the reason for the cancellation.
